Covid-19 Safety Precautions

The Cassens Trees check-in center is located in the red tree barn where the majority of pre-cut trees are located. The shop is closed this year, but shop items, planters, and wreaths are available at both the inside and outside check-out stations. Larger items such as roping and grave blankets are located outside by the check-in door. For your safety and the safety of our employees, we have implemented the following safety precautions.

1. Plexiglass partitions have been installed at the check-in counter.
2. Cassens Trees work crew will receive daily health screenings and be required to wear masks at all times.
3. Families are asked to send only one person through the check-in line where masks and social distancing will be required.
4. Families wanting a pre-cut tree will continue into the red barn for tree selection. Everyone going into the barn must wear a mask.
5. Families wanting to choose-and-cut a tree in the field will receive a sanitized saw at the check-in counter.
6. Masks will not be required in the field with proper social distancing.
7. Mats for the knees will not be available this year. You may bring your own mat or purchase one at check-in.
8. Tree measuring sticks will not be available this year, so bring your tape measure if you need one.
9. Hand sanitizing stations will be available at check-in and check-out.
10. Dogs or other pets are not allowed in the tree barn this year. Dogs on leash are allowed in the field with owner cleanup.

This year we will have two tree processing stations and two check-out stations, one for outside sales and one for sales inside the tree barn. Plexiglass partitions have been installed at both sales counters. We will be acceping credit cards and cash as payment methods. Families are asked to send only one person through the check-out lines where masks and social distancing will be required.

For the safety of our customers and employees, we reserve the right to deny service to anyone not following the Cassens Trees safety guidelines.

Trees up to 20 Feet Tall

We are fortunate to have some high quality, full, Canaan Fir (very similar to Fraser Fir), White Fir, and Spruce trees up to 20 feet tall at our Old State Road 25 North tree farm. Due to the large size of the trees, we cannot bale, shake, or drill the trees for our stands.
Please contact Dan Cassens at 765-412-6844 for more information.

It's Christmas. Keep it Real.
